A trad session is a room full of people playing traditional folk tunes together. Somebody starts one, others join in, and it gets passed around the table. It's acoustic and unplugged. It isn't a concert and it isn't an open mic.
Or just bring your ears. Players and listeners are both welcome, and nobody's checking your chops at the door.
Every Monday · 7 PM · starting September 14
Dated shows. Bands first on Fridays and Saturdays, karaoke after. Posters go up here as the bands send them.

All genres welcome.
For years, this was the Eagle Eye. We're not pretending that doesn't mean something around here.
The Common Loon is taking over the room and bringing live music, comedy, karaoke, food and a whole lot more with it. New name. New people behind the bar. Still a neighborhood joint.
5836 SE 92nd Avenue. A familiar address for a new chapter.
Two of the owners are from Massachusetts. Their planned signature is a North Shore three-way roast beef sandwich, with beef roasted and sliced in-house.
The opening menu and prices are still to come. Follow the bar for the first look from the kitchen.
Drink lists and specials will be announced by the bar. Check their latest updates before you head over.
“…plenty of reasons to stay out later than you planned.”The bar, on Instagram, announcing the first week.
